As you know, having a town hall meeting tonight to talk about what to do with the common maintenance area and neighborhood entrances would have been a bad idea. Your board, however, has been hard at work and wants to keep the momentum going, so we put together a presentation for you to review and consider. 

The town hall meeting location has been closed due to concerns for the health and safetly of the community. This is a constantly evolving situation and the board is monitoring it closely. The board will explore some options for convening the meeting virtually and will post more information here and send out information via our mailing list. The board was made aware of a land use issue which could have a substantial impact on our neighborhood by a neighbor in the HOA next to ours - The Heights (starts on Chapman Hill where our boundary stops, there's an entrance on Onyx from Orchard Heights).
