The board approved the proposed budget at the meeting held June 27th, 2019. You can take a look at our budget for the 2019-2020 fiscal year on our website on the budget tab.
The election of board members was conducted at the annual meeting. Please welcome Tom Gwynn and Steve Masten to the board! Also re-elected was Scott Gilbert.

One piece of pressing news to report at this time is that the neighborhood vote on amending and restating our Bylaws and CC&Rs has passed with an overwhelming number of you voting in favor. Thank you all for voting - this is going to make keeping our neighborhood a wonderful place to live so much easier for this board and future boards, and the rules are so much easier to understand now. The new documents will be posted to the website in the next few days (as soon as the person who posts the has the time to do the necessary updating).

There are 3 seats on the board which will be open for a three year term (2019-2021) starting in July. If you're interested in serving your neighborhood and working with a team of caring neighbors, please consider running for a position! The board generally meets once a month for a two hour meeting, and members of the various committees have other assignments which can take 5-10 hours per month. If you have questions, you can submit them via the contact form on the website.

You should have your ballot by now, and many of you have already submitted your vote, but we're still waiting on more than half of homeowners to let their voices be heard. Please, if you haven't voted, use the pre-addressed and postage-paid envelope and turn in your ballot.
