The board has finshed assembling the very large list of questions and provided our answers. Some of the questions we were able to answer because they were questions about why the board thought to propose some language some way, so the board felt comfortable answering, and some questions the board felt more comfortable referring to legal counsel. This took a bit longer than we'd hoped, but here it is for you.
